1. Return Eligibility
Unless otherwise specified for digital products, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery or purchase. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
- We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.
2. Digital Products & Password-Protected Files
Due to the nature of intellectual property and digital delivery, the following rules apply to all electronic files, software, or digital consultations:
- Access-Based Final Sale: If a file is delivered in a password-protected format, the refund policy becomes void once the file is opened or the password is provided/used.
- Non-Refundable Status: Once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or decrypted, it is considered “consumed” and is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and U.S. quality control regulations, the following items are Final Sale:
- Consumable, edible, or personal-care organic products.
- Customized or personalized consulting reports.
- Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a physically damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Evidence Required: Please provide high-resolution photo or video evidence of the damage and the shipping box.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or a full refund at our discretion.
5. Refund Processing
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns not involving a company error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Order Cancellation
- Physical Goods: Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered the “Dispatched” or “Shipped” status.
- Digital Goods: Orders for digital files cannot be cancelled once the download link or password has been generated and sent to the customer.
7. Fraud Prevention & Fair Use
We monitor for refund abuse, including “wardrobing” or serial returning. Sandy Consultant LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests and suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent claims or misuse of our 30-day guarantee. Legal action may be pursued for significant digital piracy or fraudulent chargebacks.
8. U.S. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State in which Sandy Consultant LLC is registered and the United States Federal law. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or other applicable consumer protection statutes.
